What locals actually say

ښه نو، ته خو ډېر مصروف یې!

Well then, look who's suddenly too busy for us!
ښه نو marks a pointed “well then,” while خو adds contrast and emphasis, so this is often a reproach rather than a neutral comment about being busy.

هسې نه خپه شې، خو خبره دې سمه نه ده.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you're not right about that.
هسې نه خپه شې literally means “lest you become upset,” and works as a softener before direct criticism.

خدای دې خیر کړي، دا خو ښه نه ښکاري.

God knows where this is headed. This doesn't look good.
خدای دې خیر کړي is a worried set phrase used when a situation seems ominous, not simply a blessing or polite wish.

پیسې راسره نشته، سبا به یې درکړم.

I don’t have the money on me. I’ll give it to you tomorrow.
راسـره signals having something on hand or with oneself, a common colloquial Afghan Pashto possession construction.

مخامخ لاړ شئ، بیا چپ لاس ته وګرځئ.

Go straight ahead, then turn left.
مخامخ means straight ahead, while چپ لاس ته frames left as the left-hand side, a familiar Afghan Pashto direction phrase.

دا قابلي پلو لږ نور هم راکړئ، ډېر وږی یم.

Please give me a little more of this qabili pulao. I’m very hungry.
قابلي پلو is the Afghan rice dish name, and راکړئ is the respectful plural imperative used for a polite request.

مور مې ویل چې ماښام به د تره کره ځو.

My mother said we would go to my paternal uncle’s place this evening.
کره means at someone’s home or place, an everyday Afghan Pashto locative construction for visiting a person’s household.

که وخت مو درلود، سبا به یو ځای چای وڅښو.

If you have time, shall we have tea together tomorrow?
که وخت مو درلود uses a polite conditional with the respectful مو, while به marks the planned future action.
