Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AIRSkip Inc. ("we") collects when you use AIRTranslate, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Content you submit for translation. The text you type or paste, the speech you dictate, and the photos you capture or select are sent securely to our servers for translation. Dictation audio is not retained; we keep the transcript.

We store translation requests and results, voice transcripts, and the images you submit together with a random device identifier, to operate the service, prevent abuse, and improve translation quality.

Device and usage data. A random device identifier created on first launch (also used for your subscription), your device language settings, IP address, and usage analytics such as which features you use and how long requests take. Analytics never include the content of your translations.

Purchase data. Subscription status via Apple and our subscription management partner. We never see your payment details.

What we do not collect

No account is required and we do not collect your name, email, or contacts. The keyboard extension sends only what you actively submit for translation; it does not log your general typing. Offline translations happen on your device and are not sent to us.

How we use it

To provide translations; to enforce free-tier limits and detect abuse; to diagnose problems; and to evaluate and improve translation quality. We do not sell your data.

Retention and deletion

We retain stored content while we need it for the purposes above. You can request deletion of the data tied to your device identifier at any time: email info@airskip.ai from any address and include the Device ID shown during setup, or simply write from the device and we will guide you. We honor applicable data-protection rights (including GDPR and CCPA rights to access, deletion, and portability).

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Our platform relies on infrastructure providers, such as Microsoft Azure, to deliver your translations quickly, reliably and securely, with industry-standard security and data-processing safeguards. Stored data lives in access-controlled infrastructure in the United States.

Children

AIRTranslate is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
