Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the AIRTranslate app and related services provided by AIRSkip Inc. ("we", "us"). By using AIRTranslate you agree to them.

The service

AIRTranslate provides AI-powered translation: text, voice conversation, camera translation, a keyboard extension, and system translation. Translations are generated by machine learning and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on them where accuracy is critical, including medical, legal, or safety contexts.

Subscriptions

AIRTranslate Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or annual) purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel in your device Settings under Subscriptions. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial; unused trial time is forfeited when a purchase completes. Prices may vary by region and can change with notice.

Free tier and fair use

The free tier includes daily allowances that reset each day (UTC). We may apply technical limits to prevent abuse, automation, or use that degrades the service for others. Do not resell the service, probe or overload our systems, or use AIRTranslate to violate any law or the rights of others.

Your content

You keep all rights to the text, speech, and images you submit. You give us the permission needed to process them to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit.

Disclaimers and liability

AIRTranslate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. We may suspend accounts or devices that violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time; deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
