Terms of Use

The service

AIRTranslate provides AI-powered translation: text, voice conversation, camera translation, a keyboard extension, and system translation. Translations are generated by machine learning and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on them where accuracy is critical, including medical, legal, or safety contexts.

Subscriptions

AIRTranslate Pro is available through the App Store and through web checkout. The plan, price, billing period, taxes, and any introductory offer are shown before you confirm payment. A free trial applies only when one is explicitly offered at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled; one-time purchases do not automatically renew.

App Store purchases. Apple charges your Apple Account. Manage or cancel the subscription in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Follow the renewal and cancellation terms shown by Apple; cancel a trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want it to renew.

Web purchases. Stripe processes the payment. Use Manage subscription on our pricing page to view invoices, update payment details, or cancel renewal. If this browser does not recognize your purchase, restore access with the email used at checkout. Cancellation takes effect as shown in the billing portal. Apple and web subscriptions are separate; starting one does not cancel the other. Features and supported devices are described on the purchase page.

Free tier and fair use

The free tier includes daily allowances that reset each day (UTC). We may apply technical limits to prevent abuse, automation, or use that degrades the service for others. Do not resell the service, probe or overload our systems, or use AIRTranslate to violate any law or the rights of others.

Your content

You keep all rights to the text, speech, and images you submit. You give us the permission needed to process them to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit.

Disclaimers and liability

AIRTranslate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. We may suspend accounts or devices that violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time; deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
